2. File received
We start work and aim to deliver within 1 business day — weekdays, not a 24-hour clock.
3. Working, then ready
Hours, answers, and languages are set. The included number can be assigned at ready.
4. Live
The receptionist answers after the live gates are done: company email, Stripe production, a Canada host, and a permanent phone webhook. Read the gates or ask a person.
