Caller and business information

The full rules live on Policies. This page is the short version.

  • Kept about a caller: name, phone, the reason in their words, preferred time, and the result.
  • Clinics: schedule only. Accuro, Healthquest, and Med Access keep the chart. See clinic schedule access.
  • Call audio is not kept.
  • Each business sees only its own records, locked at the database.
  • Production hosting of our application database is planned in Canada. Personal information is handled under Canadian privacy rules (PIPEDA federally; in Alberta a private organization is usually under PIPA, and a public body may be under POPA). Phone, AI, email, and payment vendors are separate processors. We do not claim they all process information only in Canada. Residential buildings: classify by operator, not by seniors.
  • Clinic demos use synthetic data only. Do not put real patient information through the system yet.
  • Card numbers stay with Stripe. We store brand and last four digits only.
